Hello, I am doing some family research for a family gathering at Cockington Court in Torquay next month. I was wondering if you had any information on the Mallock, (Mallacke ) family who lived in Axmouth in 1500’s. I believe they have a connection to Stepps House. Thanks
Susanne West, nee Mallock
Sorry to say we don’t know. Our village historian advises you to check either the Devon Records Office or the West Country Studies Library, both in Exeter. Hope this helps.
