Our Palm Sunday procession began at the foot of Stepps Lane — but without our beloved donkeys: Mary was lame and Jane won’t come out without her. A friendly dog was pressed into service! and we set off, with palms and banners, to Church Green where we stopped to sing. Then into the church for coffee, a hot cross bun and a time of worship.
