On Sunday morning we were delighted to welcome worshippers from the other churches in the Axe Valley Mission Community to join us in Axmouth for a team service.
The theme was Lay Ministry and all the Lay Ministers in the AVMC took part. Su Clark led the service, Roger Grose played the organ, Lesley Gubbins gave the talk, Ann Grey led the intercessions and the Bible passages were read by the outgoing Lay Ministers, Hilary Harron and Tony Nixon.
Rev Nicky formally thanked Hilary and Tony for their service as ministers and went on to preside at Holy Communion.
