Our Mission Statement

Axmouth Church

Axmouth Church seeks to be a blessing to the village of Axmouth and have an impact in the wider world. We aim to do this through four areas - the church building, pastoral care, the Parish News and through just giving.

Licensing of Revd Ann Stuckey as our Associate Priest

Revd Ann Stuckey

On Sunday 15 January, the Bishop of Crediton came to Axmouth Church to officiate at the licensing of Revd Ann Stuckey as our Associate Priest.  Ann is here to work alongside our Rector, Revd Kate Woolven, in developing the ministry at St Michael’s Church

It was good to have the church full of supporters from both Axmouth and Uplyme Churches as well as members of Ann’s family and her friends.  We saw visitors from Seaton, Beer, Chard and Honiton.

There was a reception afterwards in the Village Hall.

There is a sound recording of the service which you can access here.  Just select the play arrow.  You can navigate through the service by clicking on the waveform or, if you have a touchscreen, by dragging the waveform.
